BACKGROUND & INTRODUCTION

Pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Commission adoption of Regulation S-P, privacy rules promulgated under section 504 of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, we are required to provide notice to customers, such as in written form, about our privacy practices.   

PURPOSE & ACTION

We will/do not disclose nonpublic personal information about you, the consumer, to nonaffiliated third parties unless we provide certain information to the consumer stating otherwise, and the consumer has not elected to opt out of the disclosure.  

WHERE & WHEN POLICY IN EFFECT

When a customer, either prospective, current, or past, where we have information that constitutes what should be covered by privacy policy, those policies are active and applied.

Privacy policy is in force regardless of the method a prospective customer or client provided the information, such as through an online portal, this website, the mail, e-mail, fax, telephone, text, in-person meeting, or combinations of any and all of these.

Personal data, considered such especially when the data identifies an individual, may include and not limited to:

• Names

• Addresses

• Social security, military, government, or applicable identifier

• E-mail addresses

• Digital based information with understood intent not to be disclosed to the public
  Social media login codes
  Personal passwords to portals

• Financial information

• Credit card information
  Logins, codes, and data, which enable access to online, digital, electronic, apps, and technologies as they emerge, including and not limited to, accounts of cryptocurrency, wallets, and vaults
